Extremely hardy, native oak for colder climates. Slow-growing with rounded, open canopy and dark green, lobed foliage that turns amber in fall. A unique, corky, ridged bark develops with maturity. Tolerates a variety of soils, pollutants and drought. Xeriscape tree.
